With our 3 year old son learning to ski, I've spent a fair bit of time lately thinking about why I love skiing;
What keeps bringing me back? What keeps me wishing for more days on snow, and why do I start dreaming of the next time I get to go skiing the minute I get home from a day of skiing?

Lift lines are a part of skiing or snowboarding. We love to hate them. It’s a given that you’ll go through a whole range of emotions as you wait and I like to call this the 4 stages to altitude adjustment.
First you’ll feel disappointment. Just as you get down the hill from what was of course, your best run ever, there it is... the lift line. It’s not just a line, it’s a giant mass of smelly, sweaty neon wearing yahoos...
Skiing as a Family
One of the reason we started Pursuit Adventure & Travel was so that we could spend more time as a family, especially skiing.
Skiing with kids can be a lot of fun. It can also be very frustrating. The good news is that there are a few small things you can do now that will make things easier once you get on snow as a family this holiday season.
